Important information before booking:

1. Securing Your  Spot:  A non-refundable $1000 deposit is required to reserve your place. This deposit will only be refunded if the retreat does not meet the minimum required attendees by the deadline. 

2. Confirmation Deadline We need a minimum of 6 participants by June 1st, 2025 to confirm the retreat. Please confirm your participation as soon as possible. If we don't meet this minimum, the retreat will be cancelled and your deposit will be fully refunded.

*Hold on to buying your flights to retreat destination until June 1st once the retreat is confirmed!

3. Payment Methods:

​Direct bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle. To pay with a card using Stripe secure system, 6% processing fees apply (not refundable in case of cancellation) or a payment plan upon request.

4. Payment Timeline:  Full balance due by June 1st, 2025.

5. Cancellation Policy: Due to our binding contracts with venues and service providers, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment.
