What makes Anchor different than YouTube or other yoga platforms? Every month follows a theme, with curated weekly classes. You don’t have to decide what to practice — just press play and flow with purpose.
Do I have to start on the first day of the month? No. Each month has a suggested start date, but all programs stay in the Wise Cat Yoga library forever. You can start anytime and move at your own pace — the structure is there to support you, not pressure you.
What level is ANCHOR for? ANCHOR is best suited for intermediate practitioners, or anyone comfortable with a steady, intentional practice. That said, you’re always encouraged to modify and listen to your body — this isn’t about pushing, it’s about presenc
How many classes are there each week and what style? You’ll get 5 classes per week: 3 Vinyasa classes 1 Yoga Sculpt (strength-based) 1 Meditation Plus, one 60-minute Yin practice at the end of each month to integrate everything you’ve explored.
How long are the classes? Most classes are 30–45 minutes, with the monthly Yin practice being 60 minutes. Designed to be realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
Is this more of a workout or more spiritual? Both — and that’s the point. You’ll come for the movement and strength, and stay for the clarity, grounding, and connection that builds over time.

What if I don’t have time to do every class? That’s completely okay. Each class stands on its own, while still being part of a larger arc. Do what feels supportive — the value is in continuity, not perfection.
